Who we are

What this site does with data
This site is used only by iSquared staff. It stores the business details our clients give us (site address, contact emails, topics and preferences), the content we produce for them, and performance figures we read from services they have connected, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and social platforms. Connections to Google services are made through Google’s own sign-in; we never receive a Google password, and we request only the access needed to read reports on our clients’ behalf. Access can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account’s security settings.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, share it with third parties beyond the services needed to deliver the work (hosting, email delivery, the AI and analytics providers named in our service agreement), or use it for advertising to anyone.
Clients’ website visitors
Our clients’ websites have their own privacy policies. Where we place analytics tags on a client’s site on their behalf, the client is the controller of that data and this policy does not apply to it.
Retention and your rights
Client data is kept for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request when it ends. To ask what we hold about you or to have it removed, email [email protected].
